Great room, spacious bathroom with separate bath and shower, comfy beds. Close to tram stop, easy to walk everywhere. Friendly and helpful staff.

Spacious rooms and comfortable beds, made for a relaxing stay. The hotel's location was fantastic, within walking distance to major attractions and with easy access to public transportation. The breakfast offered was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

The bar/cafe food was just okay, and we were disappointed that we couldn't enjoy a nice meal before our early morning departure. The extra charge for an additional bed in the room felt pricey, and we didn't feel it was worth the cost.

The hotel's location is perfect for visiting the city and exploring its main attractions. the exclusive amenities, like the indoor pool and the spa, were luxurious and revitalizing after a long day of sightseeing. the in-room breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the room had exclusive advantages, such as a private balcony with a stunning view of the surrounding area.

We did notice a minor issue with the room's decor feeling a bit dated, but it was not a major inconvenience and did not detract significantly from our experience. this venue is worthy of its four-star rating and is a fantastic option for anyone looking to spend some time in this vibrant and culturally rich city.

We had a beautiful stay at Melia. The hotel is fine both inside and out. Our room had big windows that offered fantastic views of the surroundings. We were lucky enough to upgrade to a room with a balcony, which gave us an extra special area to relax and enjoy the scenery. The bed was comfortable, the rooms were quiet, and the blinds kept out any unwanted light. The rooftop pool and spa facilities were amazing, offering amazing views of the city. We also booked massages, and although there was a slight mix-up with the type of massage, the therapist was skilled and provided a relaxing experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a pleasant walk through the park to the busier city center.

Although the parking was not included and there were some minor issues with the shower temperature, these did not detract from our overall experience at the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Guggenheim museum, making it easy to explore the famous art exhibits. It is also situated next to a beautiful river, allowing guests to enjoy a peaceful evening walk along the boardwalk. the hotel is in close proximity to the clubs and backpacker area, perfect for those looking for some nightlife.

The hotel provided a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities that exceeded my expectations. the room was well-equipped with modern and stylish furnishings, including a private jacuzzi with a beautiful city view. the heated swimming pool and sauna offered a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. the restaurant's buffet breakfast was varied and tasty, while the bar/lounge area made a perfect spot for evening drinks.

The check-out process was a bit confusing and could have been more transparent. the staff seemed unorganized and took longer than expected to provide a simple invoice.

The hotel is conveniently located near the tram stop, making transportation easy. It is also very close to the famous Guggenheim museum and a metro station to explore the old town. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food options, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
